Decisions that Make Life More Positive
1. Go back to the Nature
Electronic devices such as television, computer, telephone, and tablet are accepted as the most essential appliances of our age and became indispensable part of our life. In fact, we started to live with them at any moment of our life. However, it would be all good for us to stay alone sometimes and remember that we can get pleasure from the nature and naturalness. Taking a short walk in the nature, listening to the sound of waves on the seaside or planting a flower in a pot would relax and rest your body. Spend at least one hour per day with some activities away from electronic devices.
2. Keep a book
We sometimes have difficulties in remembering certain moments in the past and plans in the future. Get a book for yourself today, then write and draw anything that you like. This will make you a neat person and your moments unforgettable. You can write your most beautiful days to remember your feelings on that day in the future or motivate yourself by writing down your decisions in the future. You can also start by writing decisions that will make your life more positive.
3. Up with Free-Friday!
It was a very tiring weekend. You may want to reject the invitation of your friends, go home and sleep. But today is Friday! It would be good for you to spend a day in a week with your beloved ones. Do not prefer staying at home and watching TV over the plans made to live more energetic. Friday is a signal of the approaching weekend. Start living that beautiful weekend from Friday and look at the Monday that is known for its syndrome with a different perspective. Remember every day is beautiful.
4. Do sport
Sport has many positive health and psychological benefits and presents a more quality life for us. You will see the big difference after you start doing sport. You will feel much better, stay fit, have a stronger immunity system, see that your stress is reduced, have stronger muscles and bones and also become a happier person. All that you need to start sport is a little motivation. If you do not find the time to do sports, you can at least get off from the bus one station earlier and walk home or use normal stairs in metro instead of escalators or go up on the escalators on the left instead of standing on the right. Remember that healthy mind is in healthy body.
5. Do not forget to laugh!
Most of the time, we forget laughing because of focusing on other things, busy daily life, and maybe stress. In fact, the secret of overcoming the difficulties in life is laughing. Laughing has many health benefits such as balancing certain hormones and immunity system. Do not forget that the best medicine to reduce stress, strain, anger or depression is laughing before seeking for medical treatment methods. You should absolutely try laughing yoga that has spread to the whole world from India.
6. Start the change from yourself
Get inspiration from the quote of Gandhi "Be the change you want to see in the world". Start the change yourself to see the change that you want to see around you. If you want that people around you become happier or more tolerant, first you should be happy and tolerant. Do not wait for the change to come to you, just take the action!
