Rediscover the Rhythm of Life


 

Most of the time, we are being dragged into a routine life and get lost in a busy process that we can’t even spare time for ourselves. Most of the time, we forget about the pleasure that small moments give us and we live the most beautiful minutes of life incompletely. If you do not know what to do in the moments you miss happiness, we invite you to dance to rediscover the rhythm of life!


 

Dancing is a part of happiness and equivalent of the most beautiful senses. When people feel happy, they dance, and when they dance, they become happy because dancing brings positive thoughts, reduces stress and brings peace to your spirit.


 

Dancing can be considered as the perfect combination of body, brain and awareness. When we are dancing, we get lost in the rhythm of this triple harmony and invite happiness to that moment. According to the results of some researches, dancing relaxes body, increases serotonin hormone, strengthens muscles and it is good for nerve system. Dancing also has many physical benefits and mental effects such as strengthening memory, contributing to creativeness and increasing self-confidence. Why don’t we start dancing now if dancing is such an efficient expression?


 

Just ignore excuses such as I do not find time because of my works or homework or I cannot find a good dance course that is close to my house. Place dancing in the middle of your life now. You do not need to spare special time for dancing. You should only get ready to explore and include the rhythm that is hidden in your deep soil in your daily life.


 

We know that you do the same things every morning when you go to work or school and that routine life makes you sometimes unhappy. However, we should stop complaining about these little problems that we think are big, and should recognize that we can combine our motivation towards life with dancing. We should never forget that we can rediscover the rhythm of life thanks to dancing.
 

When you wake up in the morning, play a song immediately as you start running from one room to another, and think about what you will dress and where you will have your breakfast. Start the day with a song that will give energy to your spirit and be ready by dancing. Open your window; look at the sky, take a deep breath, and then say good morning to yourself instead of getting ready in a hurry in the mornings. Do not forget that you can turn the most stable moments in your life into very funny and exciting moments. You can render your daily routines unusual by starting to adjust your favorite song as alarm tone. Put on a headset even if you are going to walk a very short distance and try to walk by looking around with a different perspective or remember that you do not even need a headset. We are sure that you have already memorized your favorite song. Start singing that song, walk by dancing with your steps, then try to discover something new on each street you passed. If you hear a nice melody as you walk past a shop and feel energetic, then do not stop, just keep up with the rhythm. You do not need to do super or technical dance, just try to dance as you wish. To dance, you do not need to be a dance expert! Just keep with the rhythm inside you.

It is the right time to start living with a rhythm that will invite the energetic moments you have never captured in your life and that will activate the childish spirit in you, then try to look at life from a different perspective!
